Introduction to Terra Calavera. As much as I have products using essential oils, for me it&#x27;s very much a lifestyle, culture and belief system. I chose the name Terra Calavera as I truly believe that this Earth has provided tools/gifts to help us heal ourselves. Hence it is my bare bones apothecary. As a mom of two spirited munchkins and two loving dogs I have turned towards a more holistic way of treatments and coping for both physical ailments and mental ones. Obviously I am not a doctor or shaman and I still rely on modern medicine to help, but there are many options for some basics like aromatherapy, homemade tinctures, and homeopathic balms, butter, sprays... I wish to introduce them and have people join me in my research for ways to better ourselves and those we love using simple, organic, natural compounds.In this workshopDISCUSSION : what and how do I use them? Helping with mind &amp; mood, pain, health, kids, cleaning... The building blocks of essential oil blending: lavender, lemon, peppermint, tea tree, frankincense DIY - 2ml vials of each oil to mix and blend and use themselves.
