Triple P Hastings and Prince Edward County is offering three workshops for parents of children birth to 12 years of age. Kids don’t come with an instruction manual! Many familiar parenting problems have very simple solutions that can be applied with some effort and focus. Triple P’s easy-to-understand and practical strategies have been shown to help families in all types of situationsTriple P is an online parenting program that could answer all your questions but still lets you choose the strategies that fit your family’s needs! Thousands of Canadian families have had success with Triple P Online, and it can help you too!In the first workshop we will discuss Triple P's core principles:•	Creating a safe, engaging environment•	Having a positive learning environment•	Using assertive discipline•	Having reasonable expectations•	Taking care of yourself as a parentAs well as some of the traps we as parents fall into along our journey and why kids sometimes react the way they do!**This is a 2-part seminar.
