Two Days of Canada at Play

For almost four decades, the Two Days of Canada conference has been a place for scholars and students to examine specific Canadian issues.

At this interdisciplinary conference participants will examine the links between play (in all its forms) and Canada. Paper topics range from high-level professional and international sport to neighbourhood play. Many aspects of the idea of play that captures athleticism, recreation, health, and/or community will be explored.Featuring a public screening of &quot;Keepers of the Game&quot; on Friday March 25 at 7 p.m. followed by a panel discussion.This event will be presented in a hybrid format. It will be in person at Brock University, but participants may attend virtually through MS Teams.Sponsored by the Centre for Canadian Studies, the Social Justice Research Institute, Faculty of Humanities, Faculty of Applied Health Sciences, Humanities Research Institute (HRI), and the Council for Research in the Social Sciences (CRISS).IN-PERSON REGISTRATION HAS NOW CLOSED.
