Stephanie is a certified sound healer with a passion for helping others achieve balance and well-being. After transforming her own life through sound healing, she now offers group meditation events, private sessions, corporate wellness workshops, and a Sound Practitioner Certification course. With a personal, down-to-earth approach, Stephanie creates a welcoming space for healing and relaxation, guiding each participant toward greater mental and emotional well-being.

Join me for an evening of purification and relaxation with Infrared and Sound!Infrared heat has been shown to help detoxify the skin and body, ease muscle tension, improve circulation, boost the immune system and promote relaxation amongst its many other health benefits.With a combination of purifying infrared and therapeutic vibrations from the crystal bowls, you will be guided into an enhanced state of relaxation to encourage and promote wellness in the mind and body.Bask in the warmth of the infrared heat while the bowls massage your mind into deep meditation and relaxation. With a combination of healing frequencies and binaural beats you may experience deepened states of mental awareness and relaxing sensations throughout your body.These healing frequencies are all attuned to different areas and energy centres within the body. When our bodies vibrations come out of sync these frequencies help to bring the body and mind back into alignment. You may experience sensations of vibration, tingling or heat throughout your body. You may experience an "out of body," or floating sensation. All of these sensations are completely normal.Some benefits of Sound Baths include, deepened states of relaxation, improved sleep, heightened energy and focus, memory improvement, deepened states of relaxation, improvement and balancing of mood, lowering of stress and anxiety, and a feeling of overwhelming wellbeing.Please come dressed comfortably, and bring with you your yoga mat and pillow/bolsters. A eye pillow or eye mask is recommended but not required.
