Dear BIPOC cis-/trans- women and non-binary folks,Join Jas for a meditative yin practice on MacLaren St. in Downtown Ottawa.This slower paced practice gets into the nooks of the mind and body and allows for intentional contemplation. Poses are supported with props (if wanted) and meditation is guided through breathwork. Come wearing layers and with a journal if you&#x27;d like. All are welcome!<ul><li>Location: 154 MacLarent St., Crystal Tierney Psychotherapy &amp; Care Cultivation</li><li>Maximum capacity: 12 people</li><li>All of our classes are introductory in nature – all ages and bodies are welcome.</li><li>We have a handful of Live stream online Zoom access tickets available.</li></ul>About Jas (she/they):Jas Bhandal is a teacher and and mindful leadership facilitator from Ottawa who works with organizations and individuals working toward self empowerment. Her philosophy is simple, slow down to level up. She takes on a holistic approach to movement and meditation and offers a unique perspective on connecting to community through introspection.
