Dear BIPOC cis-/trans- women and non-binary folks,Join Yoga.Unity and Sydnée for a great yoga practice in-person on MacLaren St. in Downtown Ottawa.This yoga class is entirely accessible and beginner-friendly, dotted with elements of meditative and mindful breathing exercises to ground the movement practice.<ul><li>Location: 154 MacLarent St., Crystal Tierney Psychotherapy &amp; Care Cultivation</li><li>Maximum capacity: 12 people</li><li>All of our classes are introductory in nature – all ages and bodies are welcome.</li></ul>About Sydnée (she/her):A Montreal native introduced to yoga 15 years ago by accompanying her mom to a retreat, Sydnee came to Ottawa nearly 7 years ago now. she quickly tuned into Ottawa's rich yoga culture and found Yoga Unity. After completing her teacher training with Nigel Walker's Teach your Truth, she upkeeps her connection with her practice and meeting other yogis through teaching at Elevate and Yogatown and is thrilled to be back with Yoga Unity occasionally after the last deeply transformative years of the pandemic and new motherhood.

Outside of yoga, she continues to work as a physician and is currently dabbling in cello, ballet, zen and chilling on patios when the weather permits.
