Arts Council Wood Buffalo (ACWB) is a non-profit society and charitable organization that supports the growth and success of the arts in Wood Buffalo. ACWB was established to raise the profile of the arts in our region and to provide support to all facets of the arts community.ACWB offers a variety of services and events that: build the capacity of our local artists to compete and thrive; enable collaborations between artists, arts organizations, non-profits, and industry; and, advocate for our region’s arts municipally, provincially, and federally.Through these initiatives, Arts Council Wood Buffalo is fostering an environment that embraces the arts as integral to a remarkable quality of life.

Arts Council Wood Buffalo invites you to join us at our Annual General Meeting (AGM) followed by our Arts Match event on Thursday, June 16, 2022 from 5:30PM – 9:00PM. Save the date! We are excited to highlight the successes of 2021 and look forward to what’s in store for 2022!Your participation is essential to vote on brand new bylaws for Arts Council. It&#x27;s a networking event for all artists, artisans and arts enthusiasts in Wood Buffalo to meet like-minded people, learn about different arts based organizations, arts opportunities, venues and how to get involved!
