About Vanessa Holistic Chef Vanessa McKay CNP has worked all over North America for the past 20 years cooking and developing menus and recipes for restaurants and food manufacturers. In 2013 she gained her certification as a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and has since been focusing on education surrounding diet and lifestyle. She continues to work as a Personal Chef for high performance athletes and those fighting disease. Along with her many appearances as a guest speaker at both a national corporate level and in elementary and high schools locally in the lower mainland, Vanessa is passionate about empowering individuals to take their health into their own hands, learning how to fuel their bodies for ultimate physical and mental performance.
