After transforming her own life through sound healing, she now offers group meditation events, private sessions, corporate wellness workshops, and a Sound Practitioner Certification course. Join me in clearing energetic blocks in our Third Eye through guided meditation, Reiki and Sound.

The Third Eye Chakra, located on the forehead between the eyebrows is the energy centre of Devine intuition. It is the chakra of openness, imagination, spiritual connection, clairvoyance and understanding. When our Third Eye Chakra is blocked we may experience symptoms such as;- Feelings of disconnect- Losing connection to our instincts and intuition- Feeling disconnected from people and nature- Insomnia and sleep imbalance- Feelings of anxiety, stress and depression- Sensitivity to lightWith a combination of intuitive guided meditation, Reiki and Sound Healing we will work on removing energetic blocks that may be affecting the function of the Third Eye.Signs your Third Eye is opening;- Pressure or tingling in your Third Eye- Deeper connection to yourself- Feeling a deeper connection to your intuition- Vivid dreams- Seeing shapes, colours and orbs- Becoming clairvoyantYou will be guided through a vibrational journey beginning with some light breath work and body relaxation, followed by a guided meditation and a combination of Reiki and Sound to take you into a deep state of relaxation and energetic clearing. With a combination of healing frequencies, binaural beats, and Reiki you may experience deepened states of mental awareness, and relaxing sensations throughout your body. Some people notice tingling or heat, as well as emotional release is also very common.These healing frequencies are all attuned to different areas within the body including your chakra energy centres. When our bodies vibrations come out of sync these frequencies help to bring the body and mind back into alignment. They also balance out the left and right brain, helping to guide your mind into deeper states of consciousness and meditation. You may experience sensations of vibration, tingling or heat throughout your body. You may also get feelings of &quot;out of body,&quot; or floating. All of these sensations are completely normal.I will also be incorporating Reiki to compliment and enhance the energetic clearing process and deepen meditation. What is Reiki?Reiki is a form of complimentary energy healing in which I will be channeling Universal Life Energy. This energy will be sent through me to you using the Universal Distance Reiki symbol to assist you in releasing energy that no longer serves you, bringing your body back into balance and harmony. Some benefits of Sound Baths include, deepened states of relaxation, improved sleep, heightened energy and focus, memory improvement, deepened states of relaxation, improvement and balancing of mood, lowering of stress and anxiety, and a feeling of overwhelming wellbeing.What you will need for the journey:1. A relaxing place to lie down.2. A eye pillow or eye mask (Recommended but not required)3. Headphones or AirPods (Recommended but not required)4. Comfortable loose clothing you can relax in.Don’t forget to set your sacred space! Feel free to use crystals, incense, candles, tea, whatever you like to set the mood and get your mind, body, and soul grounded and relaxed. Feel free to use indigo coloured props, crystals and clothing to help promote the Third Eye Journey.That’s it! Kick back, relax, and enjoy!
