Stephanie is a certified sound healer with a passion for helping others achieve balance and well-being. After transforming her own life through sound healing, she now offers group meditation events, private sessions, corporate wellness workshops, and a Sound Practitioner Certification course. With a personal, down-to-earth approach, Stephanie creates a welcoming space for healing and relaxation, guiding each participant toward greater mental and emotional well-being.

Enjoy the dimmly lit ambiance and allow the vibrations of the crystal bowls, chimes and wave drum to guide you into deepened states of relaxation and meditation.With a combination of healing frequencies and sacred ambiance, you may experience deepened states of mental awareness and relaxing sensations throughout your body.These healing frequencies are all attuned to different areas and energy centres within the body. When our bodies vibrations come out of sync these frequencies help to bring the body and mind back into alignment. You may experience sensations of vibration, tingling or heat throughout your body. You may also experience an &quot;out of body,&quot; or floating sensation.Some benefits of Sound Baths include:- Deepened states of relaxation- Improved sleep- Heightened energy and focus- Memory improvement- Balancing of mood- Lowering of stress and anxiety- Feelings of overwhelming wellbeing**Please come dressed comfortably, and bring with you your yoga mat and pillow/bolsters. An eye pillow or eye mask is recommended but not required.**
