You are invited to explore how to use the voice to deepen your sensuality and self expression. An all female workshop in a beautiful and private location nestled in Niagara Falls country side. Gentle vocal meditations will support cleansing, clearing, balancing and building your sensual essence. You learn ways to find and strengthen your authentic sensual sounds for increased expression and pleasure. Experience the power of sound through yourself as a sacred instrument. Together we honour, acknowledge and celebrate this beautiful part of ourselves. Attuning within and resounding with our ecstatic nature and birthrights. Please bring a blanket, yoga cushion or pillow for you to sit comfortably on. Wearing loose clothing that allows for deep breathing is ideal. This is a beginners circle focused on our vocal expression, no experience is necessary. Lauren Bartfai is your compassionate facilitator supporting you gently in this discovery process. She has spent the past decade exploring healthy sexuality, tantra and the benefits of sound for overall well-being. We will gather every Tuesday for the Month of June, if you are interested in attending and pricing is a barrier please DM Lauren as she wants all women who feel called to this work to have access.
