Overwhelmed trying to make it all fit? Always running out of time? Cannot get it all done?

Seminar #2 examines the Science and art of scheduling. In this seminar, you will learn about the importance of scheduling and how to schedule effectively. When done correctly, scheduling can reduce your stress, make you more productive and even produce better results. Our brief interactive questionnaires will help you identify the challenges and threats that are standing in your way of being more efficient and more effective at both school and work. You will also be provided with a brief (optional) exercise that will help you learn how to schedule effectively this week.

Who should attend?
Past participants have included students, parents, employees and managers from several professions. The skills taught in this seminar are beneficial to people of all ages at any point in their lives. Not sure if it is right for you. Grab a coffee and try it out.

More about the Friday Afternoon Seminars on Learning and Wellbeing
The goal of the Friday Afternoon Seminar series is to introduce individuals to the science of success and well-being. Over a number of brief seminars (50 minutes in length). Participants are taught some of the most effective learning skills (e.g., scheduling, active recall, note-taking) as well as some of the most effective stress management skills (e.g., relaxation breathing and mindfulness, as well as fact-checking and tracking accomplishments). 
The Friday Afternoon Seminars on Learning and Wellbeing take place on Fridays from 1 to 2 pm. This is one of the easiest ways to learn something new about how to improve your well-being, as well as enhance your performance at work or school.
Grab a coffee or tea, sit back and listen.
