Stephanie is a certified sound healer with a passion for helping others achieve balance and well-being. After transforming her own life through sound healing, she now offers group meditation events, private sessions, corporate wellness workshops, and a Sound Practitioner Certification course. With a personal, down-to-earth approach, Stephanie creates a welcoming space for healing and relaxation, guiding each participant toward greater mental and emotional well-being.

The Mindful Modern

Join me for a relaxing evening of Sound, breath and meditation.

With a combination of healing frequencies, guided meditation and binaural beats you may experience deepened states of mental awareness and relaxing sensations throughout your body. These healing frequencies are all attuned to different areas and energy centres within the body. When our bodies vibrations come out of sync these frequencies help to bring the body and mind back into alignment. They also balance out the left and right hemispheres of the brain helping to guide your mind into deeper states of consciousness and meditation. You may experience sensations of vibration, tingling or heat throughout your body. You may experience an &quot;out of body,&quot; or floating sensation. All of these sensations are completely normal.Some benefits of Sound Baths include, deepened states of relaxation, improved sleep, heightened energy and focus, memory improvement, deepened states of relaxation, improvement and balancing of mood, lowering of stress and anxiety, and a feeling of overwhelming wellbeing.What you need for class:1. A relaxing place to lie down; You can choose to lie down on a mat, on your couch, the floor, even your bed. Anywhere that you can get nice and comfortable2. Your favourite cup of sacred tea to enjoy with me. (We will begin the session with a short tea ceremony)3. A eye pillow or eye mask. (Recommended but not required)4. A laptop or cellphone to stream the event.5. Headphones or AirPods. (Recommended but not required)6. Comfortable loose clothing you can relax in.Don’t forget to set your sacred space! Feel free to use crystals, incense, candles, whatever you like to set the mood and get your mind, body, and soul grounded and relaxed.That’s it! Kick back, relax, and end your day in true alignment!
