<p>Reality Therapy based on Choice Theory is a self empowering tool, developed by William Glasser in the 1960s, to help individuals recognize how they choose behaviour to meet their basic needs, and how those choices impact their relationship with both themselves and others. Understanding and using this tool strengthens self as well as relationships within the family, school and work. It will be highly beneficial for members of RR to learn about these tools.</p>
