十月加中商会职场活动 - 探讨困境下的职场攻略

Canada China Commercial Association (CCCA) is a registered non-profit organization in Alberta by Societies Act (Corp. Access Number: 5014925043) dedicated to the promotion and facilitation of trade development, business investment, innovation and technology exchange between Canada and China. Our principles include resource sharing, strength complementary, mutual benefit and cooperative development between all company and individual members.加中商会(Canada China Commercial Association)是在加拿大阿尔伯塔省注册的非政党、非宗教、非盈利的社会团体。本会的宗旨是增强加中两国企业间的经贸、商务、科技、人才等方面的交流与合作，加强企业间和个人间的相互往来与联系，维护会员企业和个人的合法权益。“资源共享、优势互补、互惠互利、共同发展”是本会运作的方针。商会实行会员制。企业会员由设在加拿大或中国的企业组成，会员企业委派代表参加本商会的活动；个人会员由两国之间的各行各业的专业人士和友好人士组成。

本省的职场，自2014年以来不争的事实就是：在工作岗位上的面临更多的挑战；即将进入职场的毕业生面临着找工作难的局面。
如何应对一个困境下的职场中的种种挑战？ 2017年的加中商会职场活动的主题就是探讨，探讨困境下的职场攻略。
十月七号的活动，我们为您请来了不同背景的职场人士：有管理背景的职场精英， 有多年服务于同一公司的技术专家，也同时请来了仍在大学读书，有机会进入政府的合作项目开始实习工作的年轻人。他们会从不同的角度跟你分享困境下职场的思考和行动。
<H2>我们这次邀请的演讲嘉宾有：</H2>
杨红：
杨红是壳牌石油公司高级勘探地质师，本科毕业于北京大学地球物理系，硕士就读于荷兰International Institute for Aerial Survey and Earth Sciences (ITC)，博士毕业于Delft University of Technology（荷兰代尔夫特大学）。
2000年进入壳牌工作, 管理过壳牌热采项目，Grosmont 区块勘探以及非常规油气的项目勘探， 有着丰富的地质勘探技术与管理经验。
作为一个具有大型项目管理经验的职场精英，杨红带来的话题是：《中国人如何融入加拿大的职场文化》。 特别是在石油公司如何进行有效的社交。她也将与你分享职场社交技巧，加拿大公司的实战管理经验，以及如何管理你的团队和与上级相处。
刘国强：
刘国强现任Husky Rainbow Lake and Foothills Pipeline 项目的 Abandonment lead。他从1990年进入Husky工作，从实验室的技术人员做起，在环境、运营、生产、开发的各个领域都有过很扎实的工作记录。
27年服务于同一家公司，坚持和进步是一个出色的工程师的标志。如何在一个公司扎根成长，相信刘国强会给我们很多启示。
刘国强也是第一代移民，来自文莱。 是一个乒乓球运动爱好者。
Petrel Liu：
Petrel 是一个大学三年级的学生。她在 University of Alberta 读环境工程。 现在联邦政府的COOP项目实习， 晚上继续大学的学业。
Petrel 在大学期间， 完成了马来西亚国立大学的国际学习的证书。这个学习项目是专注于废旧电子产品的回收。 她在本省政府的几个部门都曾经做过志愿者。专心于自己学业相关的志愿者机会，并拓展一个国际视野，相信是Petrel 被录入联邦政府的COOP项目实习的主要因素。
我们欢迎Petrel 给年轻人分享一下：在竞争激烈的职场上，如何专心于全面发展，迈出关键的职场第一步。在Petrel 的课余时间， 她喜欢户外运动， 包括足球，攀岩以及旅行。
