Виражання думок, почуттів і прагнень. Вправи.
5) 14.12.17 (19 - 21 год.)
12 пасток спілкування і як їх уникнути. Вправи. 
6) 21.12.17 (19 - 21 год.)
Важкі розмови та ситуації. Вміння контролювати емоції. Вправи.
