Create, connect, and celebrate: an Easter-themed painting event inspired by Ukrainian tradition and solidarity with Ukraine’s heroes.

Join Us for the 3D Helmets Easter Painting Workshop!

Spend the day surrounded by colour, creativity, friendly faces, and inspiring conversations.

This hands-on event invites participants of all ages to paint their own 3D-printed helmet and showing solidarity with the heroes of Ukraine.

Special Guest: Khrystyna Karkhut

This year, we’re adding something truly special for our adult participants: Khrystyna will lead a guided introduction to the traditional Ukrainian wax-resist pysanka technique - a beautiful Easter art form passed through generations.

Special Easter Egg Hunt!
For the first 30 kids (ages 10 and under) who register, we will have a fun Easter Egg Hunt from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM, and every child will receive a special gift!

💛 Suggested donation: $10 CAD

All proceeds support Ukrainian organizations through the Rebuild UA Hackathon.

What to Expect

  • Create Your Own 3D Helmet: Paint and decorate a custom 3D-printed helmet
  • Frontline Helmets from Ukraine: Painted by talented Ukrainian artists
  • Wax pysanka technique on real eggs with Khrystyna
  • All Materials Included: Friendly guidance throughout the activity
  • Ukrainian Art Pop-Up: Unique works of art, city nameplates, T-shirts and bags created by Ukrainian artists
  • Snacks & Refreshments: Light bites for families to enjoy
  • Warm, Welcoming Atmosphere: Meaningful conversations, creativity, and new friendships

No Experience Needed — all ages welcome.
