A 4-part workshop series that empowers families of 13-15 year-olds with disabilities with knowledge, resources, and more.

*Information is for residents of Alberta <h3>Join our 4-part workshop series that engages families in discussions for their 13-15 year olds with developmental disabilities with knowledge, resources, and a sense of direction for the future. </h3><h3>We will touch on a variety of topics including values and belonging in the community, visioning and planning, various transitions during junior high school, navigating various systems (FSCD) age appropriate for families.</h3>DatesThursday, October 13Thursday, October 20Thursday, October 27 Thursday, November 3Details:- Handout links for the event will be sent in an email Friendly reminder: Please plan to join at the start time.
