Location: Minister’s Face Nature PreserveDate: August 30, 2022Time: 9:00 am – 4:30 pmCost: FreeJoin the Friends of Long Island for a trail-building workshop at Minister’s Face Nature Preserve! This will be a unique opportunity to visit the island and learn about trail building from local stewards. We will be working to extend the existing trail system on Minister&#x27;s Face to create a loop for hikers to enjoy. This will be a long day of hiking over varying topography with beautiful views of the Kennebecasis River along the way. This full-day event can also count towards certification in Trail Blazer of the Ambassador Program. Il s&#x27;agira d&#x27;une occasion unique de visiter l&#x27;île et d&#x27;apprendre à construire des sentiers avec les intendants locaux. Nous travaillerons à l&#x27;extension du réseau de sentiers existant sur Minister&#x27;s Face pour créer une boucle dont les randonneurs pourront profiter. Il s&#x27;agira d&#x27;une longue journée de randonnée sur une topographie variée, avec de magnifiques vues sur la rivière Kennebecasis en cours de route.
