Yoga in the Garden - September

Toronto Botanical Garden connects people to plants and inspires us to live in harmony with nature. Our gardens conveniently located in mid-Toronto are open daily from dawn until dusk, and admission is free. The gardens seemlessly connect with Edwards Gardens, Wilket Creek and the Don Valley Ravine. We also offer year-round learning opportunities for all ages both inperson and online.

Gentle, outdoor yoga suitable for beginners. Stretch, breathe, and meditate as you take in the sights and smells of the garden.

Join yoga4good to practice gentle hatha yoga outdoors. Stretch, breathe, and meditate as you take in the sights and smells of the garden in bloom. Participants must bring their own towel, yoga mat and water if desired. All levels welcome. Program Dates:Thursdays, 10:15 to 11:15 a.m. from September 1 to 22.Safe Program AccessThis is an Adult Education program at TBG. All participants must be 16+.Registration Deadline: Wednesday August 31 at 12:00 p.m. for full session (public tickets: $96.14, members: $77.04)Individual weeks available until September 22 at $24.90/week.
