A total lunar eclipse is a great opportunity for growth. It is the perfect time for deep self-reflection and self-examination. To explore one’s shadow, with curiosity and gentleness. Invite what no longer serves you to rise to the surface, to be acknowledged for the possibility of healing. It’s in this acknowledgement where we make the unconscious conscious; fear, judgement, shame no longer silently rule our behaviours. Their effect is lessened as they have been brought into the light of awareness. This is the ultimate self care ritual, it is profound work.This Circle we will be exploring our darkness, what it is to do shadow work and the opportunities it brings for exponential growth. What&#x27;s Included:Crystal GridGuided Meditation Crystal bowlsReleasing what no longer serves youIntro to Shadow Work This is old wisdom for modern people. All levels of experience are welcome. You will leave feeling grounded, equipped with tools to use in your everyday life. Only in exploring and welcoming all aspects of ourselves can we truly be free. Now is the time to do the work and the total lunar eclipse shows us the way.What to Bring:Journal &amp; Pen - Feel free to bring a note pad to journal anything that comes up for you or to take notes.Dress in layers &amp; wear comfortable clothing as there may be a window open to assist with air flow. Please bring a yoga mat or meditation cushion to sit on so you will be comfortable. Chairs will be available for use.If you have any questions, please reach out.
