Sandra has been a reflexologist for the past 10 years through her company, Goddess Mommies. For 7 of those she has been part of the Elan Family Wellness team in Bowness and also offers mobile treatments. She is passionate about creating and helping others to live a lifestyle of health, wellness and abundance through sharing reflexology, sisterhood and Young Living oils.

Do you sometimes feel confused about all of the different vitamins, minerals, probiotics, enzymes, etc etc etc??
In this workshop we will learn about the importance of quality ingredients and bioavailbility for the body. 
We will get to dive in to Young Living's entire line of supplements currently available on the Canadian market and be educated about the process of how they are formulated and the commitment of this company to superior products. 
 
As always, our playgroups are kid friendly!
This is a pet free home.
