Finding the Balance : learn to regulate the nervous system & calm the body and mind with therapeutic practices and techniques.

Learn to develop a better understanding of what causes anxiety and depression as well as other behavioural patterns. Colleen will teach participants to recognize various physical and emotional states and the tools that will help calm the body and mind.
