Come eat dumplings! Dumplings (and dumpling-like foods) come in many forms, from many cultures. As you eat, hear about the role of dumplings in different cultures—the forms they take, the roles they play, the appeal they have. We supply the food, you bring yourself. And if you want to make dumplings to share with others (and maybe talk a little bit about the dumplings you made, too), please feel free to do so—we would love to include them and hear from you! 

Yes, we are providing you with free food! And if you have dumpling expertise of any sort, please let us know.
