Ultimately, recognition should be about them. But how do we know? We are pleased to welcome back Sarah McVanel, CSP to the October Leaders Inspiring Leaders session! During this webinar, Sarah is going to share what customer recognition looks like at its best! What perhaps should we be spending? And how do we know that we&#x27;re getting a return on relationships, not just a return on investment?
