Join the #F4LBR Training and Support team  for a 60 minute, indoor spin class on Sunday mornings and Thursday evenings starting in November.

Thanks to the hard work of our Training and Support Team, we’re able to announce that indoor training sessions are back this year!Hosted by the Central YMCA, indoor spin classes will be offered every Thursday evening and Sunday morning starting in November.Notes:Spaces are limited for each class. Please reserve your spot on our Eventbrite page.I n the event that you are unable to attend a class, please try to cancel your reservation on Eventbrite. There is quite often a waitlist for these classes and updating your reservation will make sure one of your Friends for Life will be able to come instead.
