And this has to change because it&#x27;s impacting our ability of sit comfortably, move comfortably, enjoy penetrative sex and it leaves women vulnerable to reoccurring UTIs and more.</strong></p><p><strong>Your vaginal health is important. <p>Dr. Mills completed her medical degree and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Toronto. She completed a fellowship in menopause and hormone therapy at the University of Toronto (Mount Sinai Hospital) and a Master of Science in Health Sciences Education at McMaster University.</p><p>Dr. Mills practices general obstetrics and gynecology and has interests in surgical gynecology, trans-care (member of WPATH), premature ovarian insufficiency, oncologic-associated menopause, and mature women’s health. She has been a North American Certified Menopause Practitioner (NCMP) since 2013, and was the recipient of the Canadian Menopause Society’s Young Scholar Award. She is an inaugural board member of the Menopause Foundation of Canada, and was elected to the board of the Canadian Menopause Society. She is a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of British Columbia.</p>
