What: Guided meditation run by Danette Adams, a trained meditation facilitator.When: 11:00-12:00 on December 19thWhere: The new grad student lounge beside the GSA offices in the Student Life Centre (SLC 3216)Things to note:-Grad students only-Students should consider bringing something comfortable to sit on the ground with (e.g., a yoga mat)-Registration is required for this event and spaces are limited. If you no longer plan on attending, please CANCEL YOUR SPOT. -Due to the amount of distraction it creates during an event like this, students will not be able to enter after 10 minutes from the event start time (so please come early or on time). -If you have any questions or concerns about this event, please reach out to our Student Wellness Coordinator, Ashley, at gsa-wellness@uwaterloo.ca
