GOG's membership spans across 60 communities in Ontario with 270 member art galleries, museums, and institutions. GOG runs numerous professional development workshops, mentorship programs, and events including GOG’s most signature Annual Awards Program.

Make Your Mark | Laissez Votre MarqueThe 48th Annual GOG Awards Gala held at the Toronto Reference Library on December 1st, 2025 will be an event not only to highlight and celebrate the meaningful impact galleries and art museums are making in their communities by fostering creativity, engagement and social conversation; it is also a demonstration of the important role of art that infiltrates all aspects of public life, and position that institutions and individuals in the arts have in promoting a world that preserves art as a public good.To view the revealed winners and announced shortlist, visit the <a href="https://awards.galeries-ontario-galleries.ca/" title="https://awards.galeries-ontario-galleries.ca/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">GOG Awards website</a>!This year’s theme, MAKE YOUR MARK – LAISSEZ VOTRE MARQUE, focuses on defending Canadian cultural sovereignty, and ensuring that the arts is a public good. This theme calls for collective imagination and urgent action: to protect and nurture the expressions that make us feel alive, connected, and human. inVENT is a newly formed wind trio featuring flute, clarinet, and bassoon, bringing together some of Southern Ontario’s leading freelance musicians. The ensemble is dedicated to exploring the rich and varied world of wind trio repertoire, presenting programs that span diverse musical styles. With a special passion for contemporary music, inVENT is committed to highlighting works by living composers and sharing fresh, vibrant voices with audiences.
