Register for this 24-week DBT skills training group designed for adults (18+) who are struggling to manage intense emotions. You will be part of a safe, and shared space with other members (5-10 people) who are experiencing similar challenges. You will learn and practice skills to manage your mental health challenges or daily life stressors; you will gain better understanding of shared human experiences and gain hope and insights from others in the group. Each group runs between 1.5 to 2 hours, the group allows for interactive discussions, support and encouragement. Facilitated by DBT a trained therapist and supported by a Registered Psychotherapist.Beginning Thursday, February 2nd, 2023, at 6 pm (weekly).Rate includes individual therapy as well as group session.$﻿300 per week - individual therapy and group sessions or $130 for group only.You can register for the group portion only, if you are already in individual therapy. D﻿BT therapy works best when engaged in individual and group sessions.
