Learn how animals survive the cold and how you can apply those principles to help you stay warm, build a snow shelter and make fire starter for your survival kit. Activities will be both indoors at the Nature Centre and outdoors in the forest. Date: Feb 17, 2023 (this is a NID for School District 54, Bulkley Valley)Two Sessions1: Ages 5-8, 9 am - 12 pm2. Ages 9-12, 1 pm - 4 pmCost: $20/child Location: Buck Creek Canfor Hatchery &amp; Nature CentreMaximum: 10 children per sessionInstruction: Dress for the weather (we will be outside for a good portion of the morning). Bring your own snack and water bottle.
