After transforming her own life through sound healing, she now offers group meditation events, private sessions, corporate wellness workshops, and a Sound Practitioner Certification course. **Early Bird Tickets Available!**Join me for night of release and relaxation while we channel the power of the Full Moon with a nourishing Crystal Sound Bath!Join Sound &amp; Reiki Practitioner Stephanie Bowman for a very special in person Sound Bath Event! Together let’s allow the vibrations of the crystal bowls, chimes and wave drum to guide you into deepened states of relaxation and meditation.Full Moons are a time for us to look inward and discover what it is that is holding us back. It is a time to release the things that are no longer serving us, allowing us the space to step into the highest visions for our lives. This Full Moon in Leo is also a time of promise. It is a time to cultivate romance and relationships.Each participant will be gifted a Moon Oracle message and surprise crystal to work with in class and take home.We will begin with setting our intentions followed by light breathing exercises to calm the mind and body. You will be guided through a short body relaxation followed by guided meditation to help set our intentions into motion for this Full Moon.With a combination of healing frequencies and sacred ambiance, you may experience deepened states of mental awareness and relaxing sensations throughout your body. These frequencies have the ability to relax and recalibrate the entire nervous system. Some benefits of Sound Baths include:- Deepened states of relaxation- Improved sleep- Heightened energy and focus- Memory improvement- Balancing of mood- Lowering of stress and anxiety- Feelings of overwhelming wellbeing**Please try to arrive 10 minutes early as class will begin promptly at 7:00pm. The doors lock at 7:05pm and anyone arriving later will not be able to attend. Please come dressed comfortably, and bring with you your yoga mat and pillow/bolsters. An eye pillow or eye mask is recommended but not required.**
