Did you know that there are many myths about Autism that create barriers to Autistic workers having access to the workplace? Join this workshop to learn more about Autism and about how workplaces can start busting myths about Autism.In this workshop, attendees will: - Read first hand accounts of Autistic workers' workplace experiences from local community members- Participate in discussion about myths and bias regarding autism- Examine bias in themselves regarding autism- Identify personal areas for growth of inclusion skills regarding neurodiversity in the workplace- Formulate a professional goal the attendee will work towards that supports neurodiversity in the workplace
