This training explores inclusive hiring practices, gives inclusive interviewing tools and  guidelines to post jobs with inclusivity in mind

The job searching and hiring process is an incredibly challenging systemic barrier that autistic and neurodivergent workers face daily. Employers can help remove these barriers and not miss out on hiring amazing talent!In this workshop, attendees will: - Explore inclusive hiring practices for neurodiversity- Begin creating, or revising, a job posting for their organization inclusive to neurodiversity- Brainstorm how they can begin to integrate inclusive methods into their organization’s interview practice
