<p>Does the idea of labour and delivery frighten you? You are not alone. Unfortunately, most of how labour and delivery is depicted in social media is terrifying. Women scream, shouting, reeling in pain as they deliver their beautiful baby. Of course you’re frightened of birthing - who wouldn’t?!</p><p>However, what if I told you your birth doesn’t have to be like that? What if it could be calm and empowering? Would that be something you would want to experience? If your answer is yes, then this is a wonderful talk to better understand what you can do to make this your experience. Not all births look the same, and yours can be beautiful instead of the frightening thing seen in movies or told to you by other women. </p>
