人工智能与投资领域的招聘门道 - 求职专场

Canada China Commercial Association (CCCA) is a registered non-profit organization in Alberta by Societies Act (Corp. Access Number: 5014925043) dedicated to the promotion and facilitation of trade development, business investment, innovation and technology exchange between Canada and China. Our principles include resource sharing, strength complementary, mutual benefit and cooperative development between all company and individual members.加中商会(Canada China Commercial Association)是在加拿大阿尔伯塔省注册的非政党、非宗教、非盈利的社会团体。本会的宗旨是增强加中两国企业间的经贸、商务、科技、人才等方面的交流与合作，加强企业间和个人间的相互往来与联系，维护会员企业和个人的合法权益。“资源共享、优势互补、互惠互利、共同发展”是本会运作的方针。商会实行会员制。企业会员由设在加拿大或中国的企业组成，会员企业委派代表参加本商会的活动；个人会员由两国之间的各行各业的专业人士和友好人士组成。

在这个电脑信息的时代，掌握了数据也就掌握了主流。 “人工智能”、“大数据”等词汇频频出现。各行各业的人都在时时刻刻关注着，也在思考着：我是不是也要学习人工智能？如果我不跟上大数据的步伐，若干年后我会不会被行业淘汰？我该如何进入人工智能领域？
同样让求职者蠢蠢欲动的还有投资领域，大家在考往CFA的路上煎熬着，但CFA的证书能给你带来什么？ 投资银行、私募公司对于CFA是什么样的看法？从其他领域转入投资领域，难度有多大？招聘官都看中应聘人哪些方面？
带着这么多有趣的问题，加中商会邀请了三位资深行业内的专家，给大家一一揭晓谜底。欢迎大家踊跃参与，一起和专家面对面讨论。

Tom Luo：HACC Tech创始人之一，湖南同乡会(hunan.ca)会长，牛津大学计算机学院硕士。Tom长期致力于社区服务，为专业人士和孩子们教授计算机编程课程，现在一石油公司负责自动化实时数据和应用。
Marcus Zou：现于iSolutions Inc担任自动化系统集成师一职。在做此工作之前，Marcus在全球大型石油服务公司Schlumberger工作10年，任高级地质师，毕业于中国地质大学和石油大学石油地质专业。成功由地质师转入系统集成-人工智能领域的的宝贵经验值得分享与借鉴。
<A HREF="http://navigatingenergy.com/portfolio/cherry-ma/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Cherry Ma</A>：Cherry Ma现于能源私募基金Azimuth Capital Management中担任Principal and Manager of Investor Reporting一职。在加入Azimuth Capital Management之前，马谦利曾在加拿大和中国的银行和非盈利机构工作。马谦利在英国的University of Bristol取得了经济和金融学硕士，是注册金融分析师和注册会计师。
