Reel Green™ Circular Economy Committee Meeting - MAY 2023

The Reel Green™ initiative is a mainstay at Creative BC and we are looking ahead to the next decade and how we can empower and inspire productions to innovate and implement sustainable production practices, and industry stakeholders to collectively support this effort.  We are prioritizing education, engagement, communications, and resources as we develop a platform for the reduction of environmental impacts and stakeholder engagement at the local level to set an example for other jurisdictions globally.

The Reel Green™ Circular Economy committee was born out of the need to create resources and provide guidance for circular economy initiatives in the motion picture industry. ​​The committee is engaging industry stakeholders, vendors and crew to discuss barriers and solutions to adopting a circular business model to reduce the industry's carbon footprint.For any inquiries or questions, please email reelgreen@creativebc.com.Everyone is welcome to attend and contribute.
