<h3>2023 Annual General Meeting &amp; Election of Board of Directors</h3>The Annual General Meeting and Election of Directors of the Board for the Cranbrook Chamber of Commerce will take place Wednesday, March 15, 2023T﻿he meeting will be called to order at 9:00AM sharpPURPOSE:The purpose of the meeting will be to conduct the business of the Annual General Meeting of the Cranbrook Chamber of Commerce as outlined in the bylaws.The agenda will include, but will not be limited to;<ol><li>The Election of Board Directors</li><li>Presentation of the 2022 Financial Statements</li><li>The Business of the Organization as Required</li></ol>

<h3>NOMINATING COMMITTEE REPORT</h3>The nominating committee will present the following list of candidates for consideration;Past President: One Year Term<ul><li>David Stypula - BMO</li></ul>President: One Year Term<ul><li>Kerstin Renner – Kootenay Employment Services</li></ul>Vice President: One Year Term<ul><li>Keri Sanderman – Community Futures</li></ul>Treasurer: One Year Term<ul><li>Alan Fillis – East Kootenay Community Credit Union</li></ul>Director - One to be Elected: Two Year Term ending March 31, 2025<ul><li>John Pumphrey – Peak Renewables</li></ul>
