If you&#x27;re looking for flexible and rewarding work in the education sector, then you won&#x27;t want to miss the upcoming LRSD Connect: Information for Potential New Subs &amp; Casual Staff event. We suggest you pre-register, but will be accepting walk-ins. The goal is to have you walk out of this event having submitted a complete application package. We are currently seeking motivated and talented individuals to join our substitute and causal staff lists. This is the perfect employment opportunity for someone seeking flexibility in their work schedule and to contribute to public education. Casual Roles Include: <ul><li>Lunch Supervisors </li><li>Crossing Guards </li><li>Bus Drivers </li><li>Bus Supervisors </li><li>Custodians </li></ul>Substitute Roles Include: <ul><li>Teachers </li><li>Educational Assistants </li><li>Clerical/Administrative </li><li>Library Assistants </li></ul>If you&#x27;re interested in applying for any of these positions, we invite you to attend our LRSD Connect: Information for Potential New Subs &amp; Casual Staff event on March 16, 2023. The event will be held at our Division Office located at 900 St. Mary&#x27;s Road, Winnipeg, MB, and will run from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. To make the most of your time, we encourage you to bring a copy of your resume, a list of references, and proof of your education. You can expedite the process by having an LRSD or other school administrator as a reference. If you are currently completing a practicum, volunteering, or working casually in an LRSD school, a letter/email of reference from the school administration can act as a reference. At the event, you&#x27;ll have the opportunity to meet with members of our HR team and discuss your qualifications and interests. You&#x27;ll also be able to learn more about the LRSD, our mission, and our values. Whether you&#x27;re a recent graduate looking to gain experience in the education field, or an experienced professional seeking a flexible and rewarding career, the LRSD has something for you. Working as a casual or substitute employee is a great opportunity to get to know the division and set the stage for future employment.
