M﻿eet my partner Aditi, who is going to be my young partner in the cooking class. What is the best thing Aditi likes about cooking? Aditi says, "There are many hobbies that you can choose from and one of my favorites is baking. For me baking is like art, it helps me express my feelings. You can use baking/cooking to your advantage by helping you stay calm. Baking/cooking is always a fun activity if you are bored or just need time to yourself. If you have never tried cooking or baking as a hobby, it's not too late. I truly believe that food has a big part to play in our lives, and also has healing powers when we consume the right food in the right way. I know this by personal experience.
