Can I cancel my tickets and get a refund?

Bangtan Ball does not offer cancellations or refunds under any circumstance. All tickets and class passes purchased are final sale and non-refundable. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Help! I picked the wrong date for my class!

If you picked the wrong date and/or time slot for your class, please email Bangtan Ball at hello@bangtanball.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Question 3

What should I wear/bring?

As advised by Brass Vixens, socks and leggings are required for this event, and activewear in general is best so that you will be comfortable and can move easily. Also, don't forget to bring a water bottle!

Please note: you will be required to take off your outdoor shoes before entering the studio.

Where is the class?

The RUN BTS: Aerial Yoga classes will be held at the Brass Vixens studio at 721 Queen West.
