5K FUN RUN

Fit On Tour x Unison

To kick off Canadian Music Week (CMW), and the Fit On Tour x Unison wellness event series, we are starting with a 5KM Fun Run! This is ALL LEVEL friendly - with pacers guiding you, no matter your speed. 
The run will be lead by Andrea Mac of Fit On Tour, along side her favourite local running shop - Blacktoe Running!
This event is FREE to attend, but we are collecting pay what you can donations for our partners over at Unison Benevolent Fund. Unison is a non-profit, registered charity that provides counselling and emergency relief services to the Canadian music community.
We will be starting the run @ Sheraton Hotel (CMW's Host Hotel!), and ending at one of our favourite local venues - Rivoli for a post-run drink, and/or snack. CMW Showcases kick-off in the Rivoli back room at 7PM if you want to stick around to catch some great Canadian Tunes. On the line-up: Long Range Hustle, Mawzy, Kellie Loder, Sam Weber, and more! Tickets for the showcase can be purchased at the door for $15.00. 
BAG CHECK: Bags can be checked when arriving at The Sheraton, and they will be transported to our end destination at The Rivoli.
This is the first of three events during CMW!
