Description: 5Rhythms® is a transformative movement practice created by Gabrielle Roth to break you free—physically, emotionally, and energetically.Each rhythm—Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness—taps into the natural flow of energy within us. The result? A deep dive into the unexpected, where many feel grounded, liberated, and cracked open in ways they didn’t know were possible.Details:<ul><li>Date &amp; Time: May 7 and 28th 7 - 8:30 PM</li><li>Location: Maury Young Centre, Whistler</li><li>Accessibility: Elevator available.</li></ul>What to Expect:<ul><li>This is a non-verbal practice: no talking, just pure movement</li><li>Barefoot or minimal footwear</li><li>Move at your own rhythm, with eyes mostly open and feet on the ground</li><li>Respect your space and others’, and if you bump into someone—own it</li><li>Bring water because you’re gonna need it</li></ul>About the Facilitator: Anna Mrozik, 5Rhythms® teacher-in-training, will hold space for you to step into this journey. No experience necessary—just come ready to move, release, and feel.
