The Effie Arts Collective is Kamloops’ newest event venue offering a place for the community to gather together and experience “Collective Effervescence” – a sociological phenomenon where members of an audience experience the same feeling at the same time while watching a live performance like a comedy show, concert, or play.The Effie is an Assembly Hall available for local companies and individuals  to rent for events and gatherings.422 Tranquille Rd

Lori Ferguson is a 35 year comedy veteran! She has her own comedy special on CTV and The Comedy Network. Lori has recently recorded an album for Just For Laughs and has just put out her own comedy album titled, "ANTIQUE VAG!" Her down to Earth style makes her a club favorite!Ben Bauce is a Calgary boy who spent the last 13 years calling Saskatoon, Saskatchewan home. This redneck/city-boy/hippy has a blue-collar upbringing, a huge family and a teenage daughter that are the inspiration and motivation for his recent comedic escapades.Entertaining audiences from Flin Flon to Nanaimo (and most spots in-between) Ben's love for comedy and laughter has him putting on the miles to make you smile.
