Currently, she is working as a Recruitment Business Partner for Dillon Consulting, a Canadian and employee-owned engineering company. Giuliana is passionate about mentoring new immigrants, she was at one point a new immigrant herself. She has volunteered with the Immigrant Employment Council of BC as a Career Mentor. She is also a member of their Employer Advisory Group. BCIB			 Cathy Der	 Workforce Equity and Recruitment Cathy Der is the Team Lead of Workforce Equity and Recruitment at BC Infrastructure Benefits Inc. Cathy is a Certified Career Development Practitioner with 7 years experience working with government-funded employment projects. Cathy is passionate about supporting underrepresented workers in their career journey to be part of a diverse construction workforce; and values collaborating with a network of community organizations to grow the skilled trades workforce.Syber Concrete 	 Rich Brodowski	 Chief Operating Officer Rich Brodowski is the Chief Operating Officer of Syber Concrete Forming and oversees 	company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met. With more than two decades 	leading successful business projects and business operations, he overcomes complex business challenges and makes high-stakes decisions using experience-backed judgment, a strong 	work ethic, and irreproachable integrity. Recognized for leading by example and setting the tone 	for a positive and collaborative work environment, his commitment to 	taking a personal role in 	developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders ensures business efforts are 	maximized. TransLink		 Folu Odunuga	 Manager - PMOFolu is a PMO Professional and is the Manager of the Infrastructure Project Management Office (iPMO), within the Engineering Division at TransLink. She manages TransLink's approved Capital Program with a reporting budget of over $3.5B. In her previous role, she was responsible for TransLink's 2020 Capital planning delivery. Her mission is to constantly add value in every role she is in. Hence, under her guidance, the PMO has become a major data resource center for capital projects, and has delivered countless project management best practice standards, tools, templates and methodologies for the benefit of the organization in a way that encourages collaboration, standardization, and overall improvement in project delivery. Equity, Diversity and Inclusion is one of the ways Folu continues to add value, which is why she is part of the EDI Taskforce within TransLink's enterprise and has led several outcomes, including an enterprise-wide discussion on "inclusive leadership", the co-chair of the Women+allies employee resource group (ERG) and a member of the Engineering Division Diversity Taskforce at TransLink, where she created the "technical professionals in training program (TPIP)" whose goal is to develop a pipeline of resource, by hiring new-comers and interns to work with project teams within the division, where they can learn and gain Canadian work experience and can be transitioned into full time roles. She is a member of Project Management Institute (PMI) and has a PMP certification, a Master's degree, and an MBA. TransLink		 Neena Zacharias Project Coordinator	Neena currently works as a project coordinator for the Engineering Project Delivery 			Department at TransLink. She obtained the role through a Newcomer to Canada internship 		program at ISSofBC in partnership with TransLink. Originally the role was only 6months, but 		she proved to excel in the role and was made into a permanent staff. Neena is a skilled Civil 		engineer with 4 years of experience in procurement and quantity surveying sectors of the 		construction industry and has served in multi-faceted roles including project coordinator, 		procurement, Estimation, technical administration, document controller backed by software 		knowledge in AutoCAD and Procore. She has worked in Abu Dhai on government projects 		including hospitals, schools and multi-storey residential buildings of approximately $40 		million in value. P﻿ower Shotcrete Anderson Mazuchelli Program ManagerI am a highly experienced Brazilian civil engineer with over a decade of expertise in construction and management. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive knowledge in various areas of civil engineering, such as structural design, project management, and construction planning. Currently, I serve as a Senior Project Manager at Power Civil, a company that specializes in shotcrete and shoring. In this role, I am responsible for overseeing the execution of complex construction projects and ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. My leadership and technical skills enable me to effectively manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
