Cathy AJ Hardy, and a talented band (with special local guests) along with her amazing Soul Care®  team are traveling across Canada, offering beautiful soul igniting retreats and concerts!

Located at the warm and inviting<a href="https://mountstfrancis.ca/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"> Mount St. Francis Retreat Centre</a>, this Soul Care® Retreat will include times of reflection with poetry, prayer meditations, stillness, music, and personal reflection. This half-day of soul care can lead to restoration of the heart, renewed creativity, hope and love.Our theme will be Ignited to Love: Inspiration through Psalm 23. Psalm 23 is a passageway of rest, receiving, accompaniment, and blessing. This journey leads us into lives of love and service. Cathy will be facilitating this time, supported by Friar Michael, and others of the Soul Care Team. The retreat will run from 1:30 to 4:30 pm followed by dinner at 5:30 pm.Located at the beautiful Mount St. Francis Retreat Centre, overlooking the spacious views towards the Rocky Mountains, this concert will be a rich experience of music for the soul. Cathy’s music has been named inspirational, soulful, gentle, wild, deep, and life-changing. Gentle ballads and joyful blues, folk story-songs and prayerful meditations, all express the wide landscape of music that this evening will hold. Come and open your heart to a profound experience of sound. Cathy will be accompanied by a team of musicians including Kevin Boese, Peter Davyduck, Philip Janz, Christine VanBergyk, and others.
