Open to anyone 18 and above. 

This third session of the resiliency workshop series takes us through the process of meaning-making and finding purpose. Gain a clearer understanding of your personal values and learn to build resiliency through living with integrity. Explore your own personal meaning-making, your ideas of the nature of life, spirituality, and discover or strengthen your sense of purpose in the world.
