Join us for the third annual Fremont 5K!  Join us on Sunday, June 4th for an exciting 5km route along the Pitt River.

Traboulay PoCo Trail

Join us for our third annual Fremont 5km! Walk or run our 5km route along the Traboulay Poco Trail, and enjoy our wrap up party at Nice Life Spirits in Fremont Village (formerly Provincial Spirits). We had an amazing time last year, and we're excited to be back with another run! Presented by Permack &amp; Associates, this event is open to participants of all ages and abilities. Entry fee includes a finisher medal, a delicious Nice Life beverage, a donation to the Tri-City Transitions Society through the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation and access to our after party. We've kicked the celebration up a notch this year, and have live music, games and of course, delicious Nice Life cocktails.
