Join me virtually for night of relaxation while we channel the power of the New Moon with a nourishing Crystal Sound Bath!Together let’s allow the vibrations of the crystal bowls, to guide you into deepened states of relaxation and meditation.The New Moon in Taurus marks the beginning of a new cycle! It is all about the good vibes, good energies and good times. This particular New Moon we find ourselves reevaluating our finances and personal relationships. What’s working? What isn’t? It is the time to really ask yourself what is making you truly happy right now.We will begin with setting our intentions followed by light breathing exercises to calm the mind and body. You will be guided through a short body relaxation followed by guided meditation to help set our intentions into motion for this New Moon in Taurus.With a combination of healing frequencies and sacred ambiance, you may experience deepened states of mental awareness and relaxing sensations throughout your body. These frequencies have the ability to relax and recalibrate the entire nervous system.
