Workplace Tours in Downtown Charlottetown

The Experiential Education Department at UPEI helps students build bridges between their university learning and the world of work. Our office offers numerous free workshops and events to help UPEI students develop a range of personal and professional skills. We also support students through coordinating experiential learning opportunities, enabling students to apply what they are learning in the classroom in real world contexts while expanding their growth.

Join us for two workplace tours in Downtown Charlottetown: The Delta Hotels by Marriott Prince Edward and The Guild!

Delta Hotels by Marriott Prince Edward (18 Queen Street) at 1:00 pm and The Guild (111 Queen Street) at 2:45 pm

Join us for two workplace tours in Downtown Charlottetown! The Delta Hotels by Marriott Prince Edward and The Guild are giving an opportunity for UPEI students to get to know their organizations. Reserve your spot for one or both tours! Space is limited. At 1:00 pm, tour The Delta property and learn about the types of business they serve, the departments and positions available, and a bit about the Marriott culture, history, values, mission, &amp; vision.Then at 2:45 pm, tour The Guild and learn about the work they do, types of events, positions available, and their facilities which include a gallery! Reserve your spot for one or both tours! Space is limited. Y﻿ou will receive a reminder email on the morning of the tour(s) you signed up for. All participants will be expected to find their own transportation downtown.
